The owner is now a senior sommelier. We renovated the restaurant so that you can enjoy delicious homemade dishes with wine. The appeal of stews is that the flavors of the ingredients blend together. P |
平日の夜19時過ぎに来店。
店内はこぢんまりとしていて、カウンター6席、テーブルが12席ほど。
それでも余裕はあった。
テーブルなど木目調で雰囲気はよい。
お酒も充実しているみたいだけど(特に海外のビールが気になった)、今日は飲まず。
塩漬け豚カレーのサラダセットを注文。
店内は女性の店主とバイトらしき人が1人。
料理がでてくるのにはやや時間がかかった。
サラダはおまかせスタイルらしく、この日はタコやトマトのサラダ。
みじん切りタマネギのドレッシングが美味。
カレーは玉ねぎの甘みが最大限に引き出されているのが特徴。
辛めなカレーが好きな僕には少し物足りなかったため、一緒に出てくるガラムマサラをかける。それでも何か足りない感じ。
塩漬け豚はその名の通り塩が効いててとてもおいしかった。
もう少し存在感があってもいいのかなという感じがした。
相方が頼んでいたチーズと卵のカレーを味見したが、僕はこちらの方が好み。
メニューはカレーだけでなく、クスクスやシチューなどと豊富。
今度はお酒を飲みに来てみたい。
