For lunch, we will prepare a set meal using ``homemade rice Hitomebore'' shipped directly from my parents' home in Miyagi Prefecture. It has a unique softness and a good total balance, so you can enjoy the sweetness that you will never get tired of. The appeal is that the rice is cooked carefully in front of each person, so you can enjoy fluffy, flavorful, and steamy rice. It is recognized as ``First Class Rice'', which is recognized as the highest grade in rice screening, and has been consistently receiving the highest rating of ``Special A'' in rice flavor rankings since 2004.
