"Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Kyushuya" is a Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurant located along the tracks, a 3-minute walk from Machida Station on the Odakyu Line. Kyushuya's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is mainly made with domestic ingredients, and the soup is made from pork bones and chicken carcasses simmered for a day, and the motsunabe is made with tender Japanese beef offal, chives, cabbage, garlic from Aomori Prefecture to remove the odor of the offal, and chili peppers, which are simmered in an aluminum pot over a fire. The seasonings are three types: rich "Hakata miso," refreshing "Kyushu moromi soy sauce," and spicy and light "salt tonkotsu." Today, my wife and I visited at lunchtime and ordered the following menu items. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) set meal 1,000 yen We chose salt tonkotsu. Comes with rice, salad, and pickles. Hakata bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling set meal 680 yen Comes with rice, salad, miso soup, and pickles. The lunch menu, which is served from 12:00 to 15:00, also includes the following: Grilled offal Motsunabe Set 880 yen Chicken Nanban Set 780 yen Sakura Meat Yukhoe Rice Bowl 900 yen Goto Udon 680 yen It's great to be able to enjoy collagen-packed Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) at such an affordable price. Instead of finishing the hot pot, I added rice to make o-jiya (rice porridge). The gyoza Gyoza / Dumpling had a crispy skin but were juicy inside. Perhaps because there was only one waiter, it took quite a while for the food to come out. It seems like it's best to go when you have time. Thank you for the meal.
