Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) set meal 1100 yen Kyushuya (Machida) Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) open for lunch. A restaurant where you can eat Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) for lunch. It's an authentic dish where you simmer a one-person pot filled with vegetables on the stove. It's nice to have a private room so you can eat slowly. You can choose from miso, salt, or soy sauce for motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but I chose miso. The miso soup is creamy, sweet and rich. The giblets have no odor and are easy to eat, just like Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). The vegetables are cabbage, chives, and a few garlic slices. Both cabbage and chives are sweet and delicious. I think it would be even better if you also added bean sprouts and tofu. I feel like adding Champon noodles to the leftover soup, but is there such a service? This time I misjudged my pace and was already full.
