I was looking for a place to eat Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) around Machida and came here. It seemed like a popular restaurant, so I made a reservation before visiting. Since it was a Friday night, the customers were quite noisy, which bothered me. The soup stock for Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) I ordered was salty and the tonkotsu was a little too fatty and a little too rich, so I would have preferred soy sauce.
