【お店の雰囲気】
テーブル席とカウンター席があり、私たちはカウンター席でした。
カウンター席は暖色の照明で落ち着いた雰囲気があり、仕切りとして暖簾がかかっているので、隣を気にせず食事がいただけるのが嬉しい。
今回はアラカルトで注文しました。
全て美味しかったのですが特に美味しかったのは以下の通り。
•天使の海老
秋の盛り合わせの中の一つで、頭から尻尾の部分まで丸ごと食べる事ができるので、頭と尻尾部分はザクっとした食感と香ばしさを感じられます。身の部分はプリっとしていて衣が薄づきなので素材の旨味をしっかりと感じられる事ができた。
•豚の角煮
大根と豚の角煮に味がよく染みていおり、
大根は噛むほどにお出汁を感じ、お肉は箸で切れるほどほろほろで、口に入れると脂身部分はとろけ、お肉の甘みが口いっぱいに広がりました。

【全体の感想】
串揚げは、純国産米油100%を使用し揚げているため、脂っこくなく、サクッとしてとても美味しかった。
それぞれの串揚げに合うソースもあり、店員さんの丁寧な説明があり串揚げをより楽しむことができました。
また、日本酒メニューも豊富で、今回1合ずつ徳利で頂きましたが、半合でも注文可能。
シーズンによって日本酒の種類が変わるのでそれを楽しみに行くのも良いかも。
久しぶりの串揚げを十分楽しませていただきました。
