I found this shop while I was there!! ️ I really wanted to eat Fried Skewers for the first time in a while, so I checked with my friends, and they agreed with Fried Skewers, so I made a reservation at this restaurant for 8:30pm and visited. I was really looking forward to it because I had researched it in advance and found out that they are particular about the ingredients, the oil, and the effort involved.The famous Fried Skewers is fried right in front of you and served freshly fried! We also prepared three types of red wine-based sauces, kelp salt-based sauces, and soy sauce-based sauces, and we looked at the compatibility with each ingredient and sauce. As they have been given the title of "Kamiwa" super master shop for beer, I felt that they are very particular about their beer. I'm glad I went to a wonderful shop that pays close attention to ingredients, space, and details. I'll be visiting again. Thank you for your meal. It was ᯅ̈
