稲城長沼駅周辺。居酒屋らしきものはほとんど存在していない。だからこそ、こちらのチェーン店居酒屋、魚民はきっと重宝しているに違いない。
コロナの影響により、テイクアウト商品にも力を入れている魚民、モンテローザ。『焼鳥ビビンバ弁当』という、税込350円の商品が、なかなか良い感じ。
炭火で焼いた焼鳥とナムルの乗った弁当。皮がパリッと焼き上がっていて、模範的な仕上がりですね。炭の香りもあって良いし、肉も意外に柔らかい。ご飯にもしっかりタレがかかっていますが、なもんで、ご飯はよく進みます。もやしのナムルには、やや強く塩気が効いていましたが、ナムルも含めて美味しかった。
