I've been interested in this shop for a while since it's located along Koganei Kaido, near Kiyose Station. Although I had not made a reservation for the course, they were able to prepare a course meal for me on the day. 3500 yen course and the famous squid sashimi. It was my first time to see translucent squid, and it was my first time to eat it. It was still moving a little and was very fresh and delicious. The course meals also seemed to use plenty of local vegetables. The fish sashimi, selection a la carte dish, and rice pot rice were all delicious. If you want to eat seasonal fish and vegetables in Kiyose, I think hiro is the place to go. There are quite a lot of types of alcohol, so it is definitely recommended for those who drink alcohol.
