この日のランチは、お目当てのお店が満席だったので駅の方まで～♪
前々から気になっていたこちらのお店、初訪問です。
(R2.2.2現在3.37点)
場所は、ＪＲ立川駅南口から徒歩３、４分。
入口は段差が１段ほどあります。手摺は無いです。
中に入ってからも少し段があったりしますので、足の悪い方は注意して下さい。
店内に入り人数を伝えるとカウンター席へどうぞとのこと。
席は、カウンター席が９席、テーブル席、座敷もあるとのことです。
メニューは、ランチメニューがあるので、そこからチョイスします。
ちなみにランチタイムでも夜のメニューを普通に出してくれます。
ランチメニューは、
光すし900円(にぎり８貫、サラダ、香の物、お椀)
すし膳1050円(天ぷら、にぎり６貫、サラダ、香の物、お椀)
にぎり1.5人前1300円(にぎり10貫、巻物1本、サラダ、香の物、お椀)
海鮮丼950円(丼、サラダ、香の物、お椀)
ねぎとろ丼1050円(丼、サラダ、香の物、お椀)
この他に夜のメニューもあったのですが、写真撮れず(^▽^;)
ですが、美味しそうなおつまみが色々と並んでいました。
とりあえず今回は、にぎり1.5人前を貝抜きでお願いしました。
軽快なトークをしながら板前さんが握ってくれます。
スタートは、鮪2貫、〆鯖、玉子。
どれも良い仕事で、鮪は少し熟成が進んでいる感じで旨味が凄い。
サラダとお椀が提供されます。
続いて、甘えびと鯵が提供される。どちらも良い仕事。
蟹、蛸と続いて、トビっこ、いくらで握りが終わり。
〆の巻物は、ねぎとろ巻でした。

赤シャリ使用で、鮪、いくらを含む１０貫提供♪
流石に老舗だけあって、鮪は美味しい物を使っています。
どのネタも江戸前の仕事がしっかりとしてあって、このお店は穴場です。
シャリと玉子がとても美味しいのに驚きました。
総評
赤シャリのお店は珍しいですが、これがとても美味しい♪
ネタも良いし、久々に良いお店に出会いました♪
夜は飲み放題付きコースで５０００円から楽しめるとのことですので、今度は夜も行ってみたいと思います(^^ゞ
