Food We offer fresh live fish from our in-store fish tank.
Examples of live fish that arrived on January 7, 2020: Swimming filefish, swimming striped trevally, swimming mackerel, swimming stone sea bream, swimming grunt, and swimming Matsukawa flounder, all of which are served live. The live squid is kept alive in a refrigerator at 3°C because it is not kept in this tank, but in an air-lifted rocket pack. In the aquarium in front of the counter, you can enjoy live seafood such as live hairy crabs, live Akkeshi whelks, live scallops, live Kitoyori shellfish, live red sea squirts, and live flat shellfish.
Food Live hair crabs have arrived from Hokkaido. We will steam it after receiving your order.
March and April are hair crab fishing seasons in Akkeshi. Hairy crabs from Akkeshi are sweet. You can enjoy the delicate and soft flavor. We offer two types of shell platters: live hairy crabs, which are steamed after receiving your order, and crabs that have been boiled in-house and then peeled and stuffed into their shells.

We have over 30 types of sake, including Hokkaido sake and weekly selections from all over the country. Seasonal sake and the finest sake. We also offer a Hokkaido sake tasting experience. Depending on the day, there might be some hidden alcohol. Both the general manager and executive chef love Japanese sake. We will also select sake to match your cuisine, so please ask the chef or executive chef!

We have strong connections with brokers and market people around Hokkaido! The son of a fisherman's cooperative in Akkeshi also works here. Fresh Seafood from Hakodate and Akkeshi caught in the morning will arrive by air at 3pm. All-you-can-drink banquet courses where you can enjoy luxurious Seafood are available for 7 dishes starting from 6,000 yen, and there are also 7 types of sake included in the all-you-can-drink courses. The recommended course is the 7,000 yen all-you-can-drink course, which includes swimming squid and Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). Live squid is hard to come by on Sunday.
