いつもお世話になっているかたとの食事。
お誘い頂いた日は究極に暇！！だったので、立川で美味しそうなところを検索し、こちらのお店に伺ってみました。
予約無しでカウンターに通していただきましたがちょっと狭いかな。
隣(他のお客さん)との椅子がくっついちゃってます。
繁盛店だし、キャパ的に仕方ないのかもしれませんがもう少し余裕があると嬉しいですね。
お通しのあぶり、ナイスでした。
ただ、二人なのに、３個ずつってなんででしょう？(笑)
エイヒレもっと食べたかったなー。単品でもあったのでしょうか？今さら気になります。
店員さんは忙しいながらも明るくにこやかに仕事をされていて、好印象です。
だからといって、馴れ馴れしく話してくるわけでもなくその距離感がいいですね。
活魚のカワハギをお願いしたときは、大きなボウルに入れて、このお魚でよろしいですか？ときいてくださいましたが、ビチビチ跳ねすぎてあまり見えず(笑)気持ちだけ受けとりました！
まぐろは中トロの部分が本当に美味しかった！(写真は食べかけ(笑))
大トロはちょっと筋が多かったかな。
カワハギ刺も肝醤油でいただきましたが、捌きたてでこりこりした白身をまろやかさが混じった醤油でたまらないです！
日本酒頂いちゃいました！
茹でアスパラガスは、下処理をしっかり行っているのが見えました。ただ少なく感じたかな。
ザンギは最高！！
揚げたて熱々でおいしかったです！
日本酒もしっかり冷えていて、グラスでいただいたお酒は飲みやすく(超辛口って書いてあった気がする)、一合でお願いしたお酒はアルミ？ステンレス？みたいなお銚子とお猪口で、普段味わう陶器とはちょっと違った雰囲気。
ほかにも色々いただきましたが、台風の影響？なのか雲丹がなかったのが残念！！
雲丹食べたかった…。
なかなか立川にくることもないのですが、その時にはまたお伺いしたいお店でした。
