味が良いだけに…
味、雰囲気は良いがオーダーをしたくてもフロア店員は配膳にかかりっきり。オーダーしたくて近距離で手をあげても気が付かないふり？ かと疑われるほど。大将が元気で対応が良く、味も良いだけに残念。

北海道の海産物が食べたく、初訪の印象が良くなかったのですが、改善を期待し電話予約後に再訪。雰囲気も良くなっていて大正解でした。
ビル5階に到着すると店員さんたちが元気よく迎えてくれます。
カウンター席へ案内されると、店員さんがメニューの説明をしてくれ、おすすめが気になります。
ソラチは美味しいですね。
お通しは、七輪で小ぶりながらもしっかりした味のスルメイカは次注文に拍車がかかります。
ツマミは、アスパラガスを焼き（又は茹で）で、カニみそ、玉子焼きを注文。
どれも美味しく、玉子焼きはしらすたっぷり。
生エビはスルッとから抜け、みそも美味。
頭、尻尾のから揚げも香ばしくパリパリと。
やはり北海道産は美味しく加速してしまいます。
次注文を思案していると水槽内で何匹も回遊している鯖たちが目に入りましたが、生イカを選択。が、残念ながら品切れ。
ガッカリしていると先程の店員さんが「只今入荷しました。」とのこと、ラッキー。
大将曰く、その日により入荷の種類は変わり、本日のメトイカも美味しいですよ、との事で注文。
しばらくすると桶に乗って到着しました。
メトイカは小ぶりながらも食べやすい味です。
吸盤は小さいですが、上顎に強く吸い付きます。
生牡蠣は産地の食べ比べで味の違いが感じられ、形も大きく、身も厚く美味です。
こぶ茶サワーは、こぶ味が新鮮でした。
ガラナも久しぶりに美味しく、焼酎は余市ロックを冷え冷えグラスで。
3杯お代わりしても呑み飽きません。
料理にもすっかり満足し、会計時に大将からの挨拶も気持ち良く、気分良く店を後にしました。
エレベーターまで送ってくれた店員さんは礼儀正しく、感じの良さも感じられました。
また近いうちに美味しい料理を食べに行きます。
