Kurikara (back meat) Kurikara-o is an incarnation of Fudo Myoo, and its shape is a dragon wrapped around a sword and a long piece of eel wrapped around a skewer. It is said that it was named because of its resemblance to the figure of Kurikara Dragon King. 2. Fins (wrapped dorsal fin and chives) 3. Kimono (slightly bitter) 4. Short shaku (body part) 5. Hachimanmaki (Eel belly wrapped around boiled burdock) These are typical skewers, but other parts are also available.
