開店されて間もないので、オペレーションやら提供される料理の品質がバラつくのは致し方無いとして、
取り敢えず期待値は低めで訪問してみました。
入店すると真向かいにアジが元気良く泳いでいる水槽があり、岩手から運ばれた丸々としたイナダがお出迎えで、チョッピリ期待感が上がります♪
12時到着でも、既に半分程のテーブルにサラリーマンが陣取っておられます
ホールスタッフのイケメン男子2名もシッカリ受け応えし、終始テキパキ動いてます(^^)
9月11日迄はLINEお友達登録で、お試し価格になる料理がいくつかあり、折角なので限定のカマ焼き定食、なんと500円税込をお願いしました。
10分程で提供されたお料理を見て、先ず驚いたのはカマ焼きのサイズ(ﾟoﾟ;;
本日のカマは特大サイズの真鯛で、ほっぺたにも沢山身が入っていてとても満足(*≧∀≦*)
カツオの刺身が三切れ付いてきて、
コレもとても美味しかったし、
白米も丁度良い柔らかさに炊けてました♬
お味噌汁は薄味慣れの私には少し塩気が強めに感じられますが、許容範囲です(^^)
