高尾山で温泉に入りバスで八王子に戻ると、何気にいい時間になってしまったので夕食を食べて帰ることに。横山町というバス停の近くをぶらぶらしていると早い時間から賑わっていた「仁」という焼肉屋さんを見つけお邪魔してみました。
18時前にはほぼ満席という人気ぶりです。
先ずは神泡モルツ（中/580円）で乾杯！湯上りのビールは最高ですね。キムチの盛り合わせ（700円）も定番。ここのオイキムチが美味しかった！
チョレギサラダ（680円）は少し酸味のあるタイプ。お肉と食べると進んじゃうやつです。
必食は極上生タン（1800円）でしょうか。冷凍していないから弾力と歯切れの良さが桁違い！しっかりめに塩が効いているのでレモンサワー（500円）ともよく合いますね。
特製の香味だれをたっぷりとまぶしたまるごとハラミ（1980円）は驚くほど柔らかいです。塊のまま焼き付けカットしながらいただくのですが、ほんのりレアでいただくのがおすすめ！ちょこんとわさびを乗せて爽やかな辛味と共に楽しみます。
そして本日のおすすめ5種盛り（1人前/3700円）は肩ロース、シンシン、特選みすじ、クリミ、牛ササミでした。こちらには裏メニューのチャミスル（ボトル/1100円）と野菜焼き盛り合わせ（1人前/880円）を追加して。やっぱりお肉は炭焼きが美味しいな。
そして最後は冷麺（900円）をシェア。シンプルながらに後を引く味わいでうっかりスープまで飲み干しちゃいました。思いがけず知らない土地で良きお店に出会えた日。ご馳走さま！
