メニューに工夫がほしいですね

久しぶりに様子を見に行きました。
一点良かったのは、厚揚げ。これは揚げたてで結構おいしかったです。
あとは、餃子はかなり油っぽい。カツオのお刺身は普通の味でまあまあかな。
メニューは以前に比べて、増えていましたが、これも日替わりではなく、
いけすにいる魚の注文もできない感じです(いけすには、鯛と石鯛がいたと思う)。
天然もののおいしいお魚がウリだったら、日替わりメニューは必須ですね。
グランドメニューだけでは対応できないと思います。産地とかも書きたいし。
店員さんのサービスは、普通かな。もう少し頑張ってください。

開店したてのお店です。
もとは蔵っしーがあったところですね。
表からいけすが見えて、鯵が泳いでいました。
この鯵に惹かれて入店しました。
オープン日で、生ビールが半額とのこと
中に入ると、ハマグリ、サザエもいました。
ネタケースのようなものの中には、いろんな柵がそのまま入っています。
メニューは、何とも変り映えがしない感じで、見た目も面白みがないですね。
なんか注文をしたくならないメニューです。
鮮魚を売りにするなら、日替わりメニューは必須でしょう。
あと、活きである、鯵も、たたきだけで、特にほかの料理にはしないみたい。
なんかもったいないです。
サザエ、ハマグリも 活きの表示がメニューにない。
お通しは、味は悪くないけど冷たいです。
注文は、ハマグリ、鯵のたたき
ハマグリは小さいのが1個で、580円はちょっと高いかな。味は悪くないですが。
鯵のたたきは、とにかく小さいが、活き造りではある。
もちろん活きはよくて、歯ごたえがあって、まあいけます。でも小さい。
これで980円は無いよな。鯵の大きさとしては、スーパーで1尾90円しないぐらい。
まあ、活きで出すにはそれなりのコストがかかっているのでしょうか。
残った骨は、骨せんべいとかにはならなくて、そのまま下げられました。
かき揚げは、玉ねぎ、枝豆、サクラエビちょっと、油っぽくて胸焼けがしました。
サービスは、まったくなってないのですが、まあ、開店当日だからしょうがない
というレベルを超えています。ホールの人間が素人すぎますね。ひとりだけ
ちょっと経験がありそうですが、ホールの経験はあっても、指導の経験はなさそうで、
全くまわっていない。これは先が思いやられます。
なんといっても、注文したくなるようなメニュー。これが必要だと思います。
あとは、ホールの人。ちゃんとした経験者を雇いましょう。
今は改善されているのでしょうか？

It's been a while since I last visited. This time I used it for a drinking party at work. The course is all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink. After the hotpot and some other items are served, it becomes an all-you-can-eat order style. Well, the food is not good. Somehow it's not very exciting. For some reason, there is no beer in the all-you-can-drink menu. It happens once in a while, and my dad just looks forward to being able to drink beer at the company drinking party. I don't want to drink low-malt beer in a place like this.
