プチラーメン830円、野菜、脂マシで注文。
豚2枚のうち1枚を黒烏龍茶に変えられるとのことで変更する。
もやしはたタイミングなのかいつもなのか分からないが、少し茹ですぎ感が強いのが勿体ない…もう少しシャキシャキ感が欲しいな。
麺はオーションが効いた極太麺。食べ応えありながら、オーション効果か中毒性ある麺。
スープは甘みが、ありながら中毒性のある出来栄えで、美味しかった。
豚はトロトロで美味しかった。
非常に中毒性のある味付けで美味しかった。
卓上に生姜、酢、ニンニク等ありお好みな味にできるのも良いところ。

平日12時来店。待ちが発生していた。
初めて油そばを注文してみた。野菜マシ、アブラマシマシ、豚1枚を黒烏龍茶に変更で。
麺はラーメンと同じ極太麺。これは美味しい。
味は甘めで美味しかったが、ラーメンの方が個人的には好きかな。
トッピングは、野菜の他に、フライドオニオン、チーズに卵黄。フライドオニオンのサクサク食感は合う。チーズは嫌いではないが、少し重いかな。卵黄は麺と絡まって良いかな。
