夏から何度も通って枠を取っていただけると聞いていた、かに吉さんにご縁があり行かせて頂きました。
かに吉さんの為に東京から鳥取に✈️
楽しみ過ぎて前の日は眠れなかったです。
念願のかに吉さん、入ると店内はカニを扱っているとは思えない程海鮮の匂いがしなくて驚きました。
私が今まで感じていた蟹の香りは蟹の鮮度が落ちて行ってる蟹の香りだった様です。
コースが始まり、終始感動が止まらなく途中涙が出そうなほど美味しくて感動したのを覚えています。
大将の蟹への想いに感動しました。
どれも美味しすぎてどれが1番とかは選べないです。日本酒もとても進み、蟹以外にお野菜もとても優しい味で美味しかったです。
またいつかご縁があったら嬉しいです。
