Food If you want to eat delicious seafood from the Sea of Japan, Kaniyoshi is the place to go.
We offer wild rock oysters and wild black abalone from the Hamasaka Fisheries Association. The chef requests fishermen to dive into the sea to get fresh, wild shellfish. We purchase sashimi directly from Sanin Hamasaka Port, including white squid, flying fish, horse mackerel, and sea bass from the Sea of Japan, to provide hospitality to our valued customers.
