I went to Kanikichi in Tottori with a fun group of friends, which is my annual treat. Kanikichi's crab is the most delicious crab in the universe❣️But my desire to meet the chef won out... He's a wonderful person who is enthusiastic, straightforward and serious^ ^I think the crab I was served this time was the most delicious crab I've ever had❣️❣️❣️Normally, when you cook crab, it loses a bit of moisture and shrinks, but Kanikichi's crab swells upThe fibers are incredibly thick, and you really get the feeling that you're chewing the crab fibers as they chew each one firmlyAnd it's sweet❣️without the typical crab smell!! We had some incredibly delicious crab❣️❣️ Listening to the chef's story while eating the best crab in the universe is exceptional, and sometimes I get teary-eyed. I guess my instincts are just moving❣️ The atmosphere, the space, the taste, and the feelings towards the customers are all off the charts☝️ I feel like I'm being crushed by the incredible satisfaction^ ^ The super happy time passes by so quickly... I always feel lonely when I go home, and I look at the photos and soak in the afterglow❣️ I don't want to forget it, I want to soak in the afterglow forever...
