Since I had booked the Shinkansen, I couldn't afford to miss the train, so I made a reservation before the trip.It opens at 17:00, so I made a reservation for 17:00, and when I went, there was one other group with the same time. It's a course course over there, so there's no ordering once you're seated, so when we called the person in the hall, he came straight to us, which we were grateful for.What we ordered: Rice lees soup, assorted sashimi, fried sea Fried food with persimmon and cheese. Deep-cooked white shrimp, fried Oyster, ponzu sauce, salad with potato salad and smoked mackerel, crab risotto style, everything was exquisite. The kakiage is perfectly mixed, easy to break with chopsticks, and has a nice crunchy texture!
