Since I had booked the Shinkansen, I couldn't afford to miss the train, so I made a reservation before the trip.It opens at 17:00, so I made a reservation for 17:00, and when I went, there was one other group with the same time. Deep-cooked white shrimp, fried Oyster, ponzu sauce, salad with potato salad and smoked mackerel, crab risotto style, everything was exquisite. The kakiage is perfectly mixed, easy to break with chopsticks, and has a nice crunchy texture!
