Last time I visited Uozu, I ate and drank at the first restaurant and was too full to give up, so this time I decided to try it from the first time. I made a reservation just in case, and it turned out that the timing was right. There were a number of walk-in customers, but it seemed like they were fully booked, so they turned away several groups.
