先日仕事で富山の福野まで行く機会がありましたので、平日訪問となれば行きたかった人気店へ行くしかない！ということで念願叶って初訪問してきました「らーめん真太」さんです。
ちょうど正午前くらいでしたが...
水曜日の11時40分、開店して少しした頃？に伺いました。
お客さんの入りは7割程度、10分ほどでほぼ満席。
店内は広々とした店内は待ち席もあり、ソーシャルディスタンスもかなり考慮されています。

塩そばDX、鶏出汁カレーのミニを注文。
ラーメンスープは濃くないがコクのある
出汁がでて良し。
昔、開店したときに1回だけ行った時、
和風出汁のスープが苦手で、しばらく
