休日のお昼に伺いました。
人気店なので1時間程度の待ち時間で入店。
福の塩そば+ミニカレー1270円
鶏の出汁が効いている鶏塩でした。
完食。ご馳走様でした。
塩ラーメンで勝負しているところがスゴい。味わいが薄めでキレの良い分、複雑な味わいが堪能できる。印象的なのはやはり大葉の香りと味わいが先に立つ感じ。この辺が好き嫌いが別れそうなところだが、食べていくうち...

煮干しラーメンに。やっぱりうまい。煮干し煮干ししていないとこがまた良い。
南砺市福野駅真ん前にあるラーメン屋さん。
テレビでも話題になってました。
レギュラーメニューの塩そばは久しぶりかな。
やっぱりアッサリがいいですね。

塩ゴマラーメン。こってり系。やっぱ塩系のがえ〜かな。
麺腰強し→なんとなくボリューミーな感じ？鶏肉のせいか？３つ入ってた！皮に焦げ目が付いていて風味が良い。焦がし玉ねぎ？も良し。メニュー多数でいろいろ試して見たい❗️
