塩そばDX、鶏出汁カレーのミニを注文。
ラーメンスープは濃くないがコクのある
出汁がでて良し。
昔、開店したときに1回だけ行った時、
和風出汁のスープが苦手で、しばらく
お邪魔しなかった。しかし、今回は違う
スープが1段階も2段階も美味しい。
麺は全粒粉で細麺。
風味も喉越しも良く、食感も良かった。
チャーシューは鶏肉のモモとムネ、豚バラ
豚バラチャーシューはこのスープに合うために醤油ダレにつけていないか、つけすぎていなくて良し。
ただ、鶏肉チャーシューのみのラーメンの方が僕には合ってると思った。
煮卵はこのラーメンに凄く合っていて、最初の10秒で口からなくなった。
鶏出汁カレーは鶏ムネ肉がひとつ乗っているが、カレーのルーには、具が細かく、たくさん入っており、トマトも入った奥深い味に
まとめられている。
店内の雰囲気、活気、店員さんの接客も
素晴らしい。
