水曜日の11時40分、開店して少しした頃？に伺いました。
お客さんの入りは7割程度、10分ほどでほぼ満席。
店内は広々とした店内は待ち席もあり、ソーシャルディスタンスもかなり考慮されています。
調理場もかなり広いな。
メニューはラーメンのほかに、餃子、唐揚げ、カレーやデザートまであります。
オーダーしたのは福の塩そばの海老ワンタン。
スープは濃厚な鶏出汁、大葉がせっかくのスープを邪魔するので、大葉抜きにして貰えば良かったとつくづく後悔。
麺は全粒粉入りの自家製麺で、ボリュームもしっかり。
バラ焼豚は薄切りで臭みもなく脂の甘みがあって美味しいです。
ワンタンは皮が少し独特、小麦粉が変わってるのかな？具はゴロゴロしたエビがコレでもかと言うほど入っていて贅沢です。
今度は大葉抜きで頂きに来ます。
