先日仕事で富山の福野まで行く機会がありましたので、平日訪問となれば行きたかった人気店へ行くしかない！ということで念願叶って初訪問してきました「らーめん真太」さんです。
ちょうど正午前くらいでしたが、満席になる直前で1卓だけ空いていた小上がり席を陣取ることができました。
この直後、入口付近では待つ方が出始めましたので、さすがの人気店です。
らーめん真太さんといえば「塩そば」が売り。
やはりメニューにも大きく紹介されています。 中でも店主オススメ！！とあったのが「海老ワンタン塩そば（990円）」とあったので、迷いなくこれをチョイス。
これに富山県産コシヒカリが使われた「炙りチャーシュー丼 小（320円）」をサイドメニューで頼んでみました。
しばらくすると塩ラーメンによくある上品な佇まいで登場。
澄んだスープの上に 大きなチャーシュー、煮玉子、シナチク、大葉、そして海老ワンタンが綺麗に盛り付けられています。
麺は手打ちの細ストレート麺で、リフトアップすると大葉が絡みついてきて、さっぱりとした味わい。感動するほどの美味しさです。
オススメとあった海老ワンタンは大きくてぷりぷり、一口で頬張ると中から海老が口一杯に広がります。これは絶品です。海老ワンタンにしてよかった。
炙りチャーシュー丼もボリュームがあって美味しかったですが、連れの一人が頼んでいた「鶏めし（300円）」もとても美味しそうでした。（実際これはおいしいと言ってた）
念願の塩そばは今回制覇できましたので、次回来る際は「鶏だんご鶏そば」とちび餃子、シソ棒餃子が一皿に乗っけられたMix餃子を食べてみたい。
噂に違わぬ美味しい人気のラーメンでした。
