昼食をいただきにお邪魔しました。
一度は行ってみたいと保存はしてあったんだけど、なかなか機会に恵まれなくて、やっとお店に伺うことができました。
時間は午後１時頃だったせいか、ウエイティングボードには、待客１名のみです。
５分ほどで、テーブル席に案内されました。
初めてのお店と言うこともあったので、一番人気だと言う「福の塩そば」を注文しました。
見れば、各席にはすでにラーメンは運ばれているようなので、待ち時間は少ないようです。
これまた、５分ほどで、福の塩そばが運ばれてきました。
まず、大葉の鮮烈な香りが鼻につきます。
食べる前ですが、清涼感を半端なく感じます。
まずは、スープをひと口。
上品なあっさり鶏スープに、これまた大葉で涼を感じます。
何より、後口がサッパリしています。
次に、麺をひと口。
麺は硬め、と注文したとおり、麺は硬めの仕上がりです。
アルデンテに湯であげられた麺は、エッジも立っているように感じます。
麺食いである、私のお気に入りの麺です。
具は、チャーシュー、水菜、大葉、メンマ、煮卵(半)、とシンプルですが、あっさりスープに調和しています。
美味しい麺、美味しいスープ、調和した具材、これで旨いラーメンでない訳がありません。
JR福野駅前と言う立地が決して良いとは言えない場所で、これだけの人気があるのは、ラーメンの味によるところが大きいですねー。
