2024.03.20 (Wednesday, public holiday) 18:00 On the way back from watching the J3 soccer match at the Toyama Prefectural General Athletic Park Athletics Stadium. This is the first time I've been to this famous restaurant in Nanto City! There are so many delicious things on the menu, so I ended up eating too much! I used Tabelog the fried chicken! Shrimp wonton salt soba 1,120 yen + seasoned egg 120 yen + fried chicken 220 yen (100 yen off with Tabelog coupon, 120 yen) + mini curry 390 yen. The salt soba has a refreshing and clear soup with a good balance of chicken and dried stock. The noodles are thin and straight with a good texture. It's so delicious! The shrimp wonton is plump. The char siu is also filling. The fried chicken is cut into easy-to-eat pieces and is delicious! The curry is a smooth and easy-to-eat curry with a taste of chicken and vegetables. I ate a lot and was full! The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great, so it's no wonder the restaurant is so popular. I'll be leaving Hokuriku in 10 days, so I won't be able to come here much again!
