I was traveling from Kanazawa to Tonami City in Toyama for work. I was running low on energy so I searched for lunch... (｀・д『☆』 I found it! I visited a famous salt Ramen shop! I parked in the spacious parking lot and went inside. I ordered "chicken soba" and "chicken broth curry set". The clear chicken broth had the delicious taste of chicken oil and the fragrant aroma of burnt onions. The chicken thigh roast was filling. It was a bowl where I could fully enjoy the taste of chicken ♪ The gentle flavor was better than I expected. It was of a high level ( •̀ω•́ )૭✧Yummy. The curry in the set was a small size but it was plenty filling. I think it was tomato-based? It had a gentle taste that reminded me of chutney. This was just the right amount for the delicate chicken broth Ramen. Phew. I'm full (lol) I've recharged my energy. Now I'm off to work in the afternoon. The pleasant service made me feel refreshed.
