PR for restaurants |
You can enjoy a variety of dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients.
The food that impresses both the eyes and the tongue is the result of the attention to detail that can only be achieved at a hotel restaurant. Our Japanese cuisine is prepared with the skill of a mast |
This time we visited for a dinner after visiting the grave. At my brother's request, we reserved the Kishu Kaiseki course meal. We enjoyed another luxurious meal. It was a little late and we were the only ones there, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. For the appetizer we had an assortment of seasonal vegetables, including Shiraae (fried tofu), duck meat, potato salad, and persimmon namasu (pickled persimmon). Tofu and simmered eggplant. When they explained it to us, they said it was oyster namasu (pickled oysters), so I thought it was Oyster, but when I opened the lid it was actually persimmon namasu (pickled persimmon when I thought about it, the container was also made of persimmon). Japanese is difficult (lol). The soup was a clear dish and the broth was delicious. Most places serve food a little lukewarm, but this was a little hot, which warmed us up all at once. The sea bream was tender and delicious, and the kenchin was also tasty. For sashimi we had sea bream, squid, tuna and yellowtail. Everything was fresh, and the squid went incredibly well with the plum and soy sauce! The konromono was grilled domestic beef on a ceramic platter, and the sauce was delicious. The meat was soft and sweet, and went perfectly with the sauce. The tempura included deep-fried squid with seaweed, which was soft and fluffy like marshmallow. The shrimp also had an elaborate coating, and although it looked good, the texture was not crispy, which was a bit disappointing. The vinegared Vinegared dish were seared bonito and grilled eggplant (changed from yellowfin tuna), and we had rice, pickles, miso soup, and a fruit platter for dessert. I also like this restaurant for its delicate flavors and nice atmosphere.
