JR海南駅から歩くと50分くらいのところにある、和歌山マリーナシティホテルにあります。
3ヶ月程前に予約しました。
コースは1ヶ月くらい前にホームページで掲載されるので、その中から紀州会席7,500円（税込）をオーダー。
魚料理中心のコースです。
【前菜】
季節の旬菜盛り合わせ
日本の正月を感じさせてくれる前菜です。
【造里】
寒鰤・烏賊・鮪・紀州梅真鯛の盛り合わせ
極み醤油、天塩
特に寒鰤が非常に美味しいです。
【煮物】
サーモン治郎煮、野菜饅頭、かぶら煮、パプリカ、厚揚げ、とろゆば餡、笹葱、刻み柚子
【揚物】
海老、甘鯛、鶏磯辺揚げ、季節野菜、蓮根煎餅、檸檬、添え塩、天出汁
