２０１１年７月にオープンの新しいお店です。
野菜ソムリエって？
「野菜家さい」って、店名も気になる～～～！
で、11月に、行ってきました。
カウンターと、小上がりと・・・・良い感じ。
綺麗なお店です。
コースもありますが、今回は、アラカルトで。
当然ながら、お野菜が、主役のお店です。
・お通しの、オオバのジュレ。・・・アッサリしてて、食欲をそそります。
・盛り合わせは、ガーリックトーストに、チーズに、生ハムに、お野菜・・・・
全部、美味しかった！！！
・紀州赤鶏のサルサ・デ・トマテ煮込み・・・・トマトが甘くって、鶏とサルサと、バランスがナイス。
・紀伊国野菜のセイロ蒸し・・・・フタを明けた途端、お野菜の良い香り！
色鮮やかな、沢山のお野菜たち。
何もつけなくっても、お野菜本来の美味しさが味わえました。
お好みで、ポン酢&柚子胡椒で頂きます。
・海老のキノコのアヒージョ・・・・グツグツ煮えているのを、供して頂きました。
エビはプリプリ、きのこもタップリ。
・バゲット・・・・お代わりは自由。皮がパリッとして中はふんわりの美味しいバゲットです。
お肉やお魚が大好きなブルースカイですが
実は、、、お野菜も大～好きなので、大満足。＼(^o^)／
と～っても、美味しかったです。
店長さん、にこやかで良い感じ、、、私達は、小上がり席だったので、
お話はしませんでしたが、、、優しげな方でした。(^ー^)
スタッフの女性も、可愛くって気配りがありました。
お野菜の美味しさが堪能できるし、居心地の良いお店です。
ご馳走さまでした！！！
