This is a charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and hand-made Cold Noodles restaurant located along Shioya Kaido in Wakaura, Wakayama City. I visited with my junior at night. The restaurant is quite spacious with all table seating. They use Yamagata beef, so you can expect good quality meat. We ordered Aged beef lean meat 1200 yen, Belly ribs 950 yen, and Tetchan (shimachō) 850 yen. The meat was grilled one after the other as it arrived, and the heat was strong and well-balanced for charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which made the meat delicious. Aged beef lean meat: The deep umami of the meat spread throughout the mouth, delicious♪ Belly ribs: The meat melted in the mouth with fat, and was also delicious (´¬`) The Tetchan was also flavorful, and went well with rice. To finish off the meal, we ordered "Authentic handmade Cold Noodles (with buckwheat flour)" 980 yen. The handmade noodles were very chewy and went well with the light broth, which was delicious (^q^) As their specialty, it was a highly refined Korean Cold Noodles.
