三重へ川遊びに行ってきました。
２日目は、紀伊田辺泊。
コロナ禍で、観光客が減っているとはいえ、
ホテルを取るのは本当に難しく、空いていたのが紀伊田辺だったからです。
おかげでほぼ無人のビーチで泳げたし、よかったですが…
さて、夜は駅前へ食事に。
宿の人に教えてもらった、地元の人に人気があるという店は、
満席だったりして、結局勘に頼って探すしかなくなりました。
そして、本当に勘だけで飛び込んだのがこの居酒屋さん。
狭い路地の、そのまた狭い路地に入り口がある店で、
客も我々だけでした。
テーブルの上のメニューとは別に、壁に手書きのメニューがおいてあったので、
何か珍しいものはないかと物色。
お店の人に質問しながら、注文したのは
流れ子（＝トコブシ）の煮付け、ヒメチ（＝ヒメジ）の酢の物、まぐろのほほ肉
など、「海の幸」をあれこれ頼みました。
そのどれもが非常においしく、居酒屋というより、
「小料理屋さん」という印象。
ちゃんとした料理人が作ったものは、やはりおいしいです。
値段もそれほど高くなく、満足度から考えるとコスパは高いです。
最後に、店のウリの一つでもあるサバの棒寿司も注文。
これがまた絶品でした！！
２層になったサバ、生姜がかなり効いた酢飯、
食べながら唾液が、ツバが、よだれが、止まりません！
この旅行最後の「晩餐」に、いいお店に巡り合えて幸運でした～
