Won 2nd place at the 5th Tohoku-Hokushinetsu Tournament in a competition sponsored by Japanese Cuisine Academy. They won the 6th Tohoku-Hokushinetsu Tournament and were a finalist in the Kyoto Finals. With my solid cooking skills, I would like to spread the word about the wonders of Japanese Cuisine, such as its ``umami'' and ``fragrance,'' so that Japanese people can once again realize the wonders of Japanese cuisine.
