２０２３年５月５日 初見
今回の山形旅行、連れ強い希望があったコチラに。
かなり早い段階で予約するも前日に予約システムの不具合でキャンセルメールが。
コチラから連絡を取り無事に予約確認できたが、店の方から確認すべきと疑問を抱く。
１１時２５分に到着、３分前に入店、口開け準備途中という感じ。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入り口未開放。
カウンター・テーブルにパーテーションがナシ、通常席配置との差は不明。
事前の予約、数日前に確認の電話もあった５５００円のコース。
メインディッシュは４種、パスタは６種から選択可能。
メインは魚、豚、仔牛、牛からチョイス
自分は庄内仔牛の白ワイン煮＋５００円。
連れは庄内豚のグリルとじゃがいものオープン焼き。
パスタは自分は山菜と庄内豚ベーコンのペペロンチーノ＋２００円。
連れは殻付き浅利とトマトのボンゴレロッソ。
提供は順次以下。
鮑の入った大根ブルーテ
地魚とお野菜の食感カルパッチョ
本日のはえぬき米のリゾット～七草粥と河豚のリゾット
メイン、パスタ、ドルチェの順番。
飲み物はノンアルスパークリングワイン・ボトル１８００円
連れはあるけっ茶という御茶５００円も。
ボリュームがあり満腹にはなりましたが、味に特別感は無かった。
メイン前にリゾットが入り満腹感が増す。
素材は面白いが山菜パスタなど、それぞれ山菜の特徴を生かしている感じは無い。
浅利など砂が残り下処理も気になる。
一番気になったのが配膳するスタッフとフロア長らしき人。
ともかくスタッフの説明が聞き取りずらく、笑顔が無い。
主として３名の人が配膳していたが、他２名は良い感じなのでハズレを引いた模様。
フロア長は、ともかく今日は暑いから水を絶やさないよう指示するが、一度聞けば判る話。
何度も聞こえてくると、大丈夫か？と思う。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
