銀座じゃなくて、原点だろー！！と旅行兼ねて山形へ！！
すごく楽しみにしてたからなのか…
奥田シェフ不在だからかなのか…
茹で論のパスタは普通の茹で方と違いが私にはわからず…
地産地消は素晴らしいと思います
前菜が鯉でしたが、普通のお魚が良かった。
小骨もすごくて。しょっぱなから、口の中が骨っぽくなって、次のお食事もあまり楽しめなかったです。
接客はすごく優しかったです。
でも、お金払ってまで…小骨に気をつけてご飯を食べたくないし…
感動するほど鯉が美味しい！にならず
その後旅先だったので、至るかしこで観賞用の鯉を見て、地産地消精神には申し訳ないけど…
