当日夜に電話予約。
来店者のうち1名でも山形県民だと、指定コース料理が半額になりました。
そのため、今回は【期間限定】の「寒鱈コース」にしました。
有名店だと聞き、予約が取れれば行こうかなと思っていたら運良く、、、。

本日のドルチェ
当日、寒鱈祭りに行き鱈をたくさん食べましたが
そんな後でも美味しく食べれる料理でした。
味は今回は比較的オイリーなものが多いですが、見た目以上にあっさりめでワインがよく合います。
量を食べる人は少し少なく感じるかもしれません。
デザートの前に追加でアーリオオーリオを注文。
お値段も比較的お手頃な方だと思います。
一回は行ってみると良いかと。

料理はもちろん美味しいのですが、スタッフのサービスも素敵です。
料理の味付けなども丁寧に説明いただき、ワインもお任せで今回の料理に合うものをご用意いただきました。
今回訪問時には、奥田シェフもいらっしゃり料理についてや海外に行った際のお話など有名シェフですが親近感あるお話をたくさんしてくださいました。
人数が少なかったから？シェフがたまたまいたから？
シェフと直接料理についてだけでなく想いや面白い話たくさん聞けて料理以上に価値のある時間を過ごすことができました。
