I went to Uotami Yuda Onsen branch. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)-eat offal hotpot (all-you-can-drink included) costs 2,700 yen, with an additional 200 yen for alcoholic beverages and an additional 500 yen for upgraded food. First of all, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) chicken hot water soup will be prepared. The amount of offal, cabbage, bean sprouts, and other ingredients was reasonable, and there were two chili peppers on top. I had no idea that this chili pepper would cause such a problem later on... I continued eating, thinking that Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with chicken broth soup was quite good, and added Ramen to the remaining soup. Let it simmer for a while while drinking a highball. Speaking of which, what about chili peppers? As I took a bite of Ramen, I thought to myself, ``It's spicy!'' Before I knew it, the missing chili pepper had melted into the soup and turned into a super spicy Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! I don't like spicy food, so every time I take a bite, my mouth goes on fire! . . It was an Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) nabe course, but I had to give up after the soup turned out to be extremely spicy. After that, we ordered shishamo, fried edamame, salad, and fried cartilage, and enjoyed all-you-can-drink with mandarin orange sake and pine highball. I vowed to myself that the next time I go, I will first remove the chili peppers and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).
