We offer "sea urchin" and "salmon roe" starting at 100 yen each (110 yen including tax) per plate!
One of Kappa Sushi's popular fairs, the "Kappa Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe Festival," will be held again in 2024. Committed to the price that only Kappa Sushi can offer, we are offering "Sea Urchin Wrappe |
I previously saw a sign at restaurant in another area saying photography was prohibited inside the store, but I can't see it here. I guess not all restaurant are like that (?) Well, it goes without saying that you should not cause trouble to other customers or the store... I better not be thought of as a pervert drooling while taking pictures of sushi and get reported (^^; Very tasty! Miso Ramen with salmon broth [300 yen + tax] There was also salt Ramen and soy sauce Ramen, but I somehow decided to go with this one. Late... Just like the previous review store, the temperature of the broth was low (^^; I don't really get what the salmon broth is, but it was delicious with depth♪ The rich flavor really makes you want some vinegared rice (^^ The noodles are thick and square in cross section, with a high water content. They're a typical type and very pleasant to slurp. The overall amount is decent, but the toppings are pork fillets, bamboo shoots, boiled egg, thinly sliced green onions, and chopped green onions, so considering the price it seems like high quality♪ Kappa roll [¥100 + tax] I made a conscious effort to order it as "kappa DE kappa" (^^; The freshness of the cucumber was surprising... I shouldn't say it, but it was quite satisfyingly delicious ♪ No plates are placed on the conveyor belt as much as possible, and customers do not pick up the food, instead staring at their tablets... this is a familiar sight at any Conveyor belt sushi. The Shinkansen trains are coming and going, and the schedule seems a bit overcrowded... Why not do away with the rotating lane and have two Shinkansen lanes? Oh, that wouldn't make it "Conveyor belt sushi"... In that case, how about rotating the customers' chairs... Or something like that...
