All of the chicken dishes served at our restaurant are made using "Choshu Kurokashiwa". This is Yamaguchi Prefecture's original free-range chicken, which inherits the blood of "Kurokashiwa Chicken" and is particular about its economic efficiency and good taste. The animals are fed a diet containing herbs and local resources, and are raised freely for about 80 to 100 days in a rich natural environment surrounded by the sea and mountains. Enjoy Yamaguchi's delicious local chicken cooked in a variety of ways!

We offer a variety of special dishes made with fresh seafood from Shimonoseki that we purchase every morning! All courses come with a ``fresh fish sashimi platter'', allowing you to enjoy the seafood of Shimonoseki. In addition, we also offer a la carte specialties using Shimonoseki's specialties, such as Kanmon octopus and deep-fried puffer fish.
