通える地元のお鮨屋さん
１階のカウンター、テーブル、小上がり。２・３階の個室や宴会場と
どのようなシチュエーションでも使いやすいお店です。
２階個室での宴会料理は、ある程度金額を払った方がいいですね。
普通の金額だと普通ですが、少し気張ると金額以上の満足感を得られます。
技量を発揮して頂くにはある程度コストを掛けないといけませんが、失敗することはありません。
１階テーブルに置いてある定番メニューと旬のお薦めメニューに加えて、
店員さんが持ってきてくれる黒板のおしながきの全てを眺めましょう。
旬と黒板から季節感溢れる料理を注文をしたら、お好み寿司で〆る感じのパターンが
このお店をもっとも堪能できる気がします。お寿司だけでは勿体ないですね。
天ぷらや唐揚げ・トンカツなどの揚げ物も素晴らしいです。もちろん、焼き物も。
春の山菜や貝類、夏の鱧、秋の松茸土瓶蒸し、冬は白子をはじめなんでも、季節の食材を堪能しています。
いつでも素晴らしいのは南マグロの赤身。脂とは異なる旨味が凝縮しています。
甲州ワインビーフ、卵焼き、しめさば、穴子もリピートしています。
通い続けても毎回感動させてもらっています。

最近は、在宅勤務でランチ利用もさせてもらっています。画像はランチの一部。
季節の定食は、こんなに充実していていいの、ズルいと思ってしまうほど満足できました。
自粛でうつうつとしていますが、ランチを食べると晴れやかな心持ちになれます。
美味しいものの力って改めてスゴイと感じさせてくれるお店。
