[Koshu Beef] Yamanashi Prefecture's proud brand of premium beef. This is a very rare beef with only 300 being distributed each year. The meat is so soft that you don't need to chew it. Extremely sweet marbled fat. It has been carefully graded as A4 and A5. [Koshu Wine Beef] Branded beef raised with pressed grape skins from Yamanashi Prefecture, the land of wine. Due to the antioxidant effect of polyphenols, this high-quality lean meat is slightly sweet and rich in flavor.

"Specially cultivated rice, Kita Shingen Koshihikari" is the highest grade Special A quality rice, grown in the fertile soil, surrounded by the Southern Alps and Yatsugatake mountains, with mineral-rich water and long hours of sunlight. This specially cultivated rice is grown with more than 50% less pesticides and chemical fertilizers. At Kobaiya, all rice is cooked in a clay pot. We will bring you freshly cooked rice when it is time for your meal.

These eggs are raised in the natural environment of Akeno, which has the longest hours of sunshine in Japan, and are fed with groundwater from 400 meters underground. Akeno eggs have a rich, full-bodied flavor and a strong umami taste. We use eggs that have won the gold medal three years in a row at the Yamanashi Prefecture Meat and Egg Exhibition.
