甲州牛サーロインを山梨県産野菜と楽しむすきやき鍋コース
甲州牛は年間300頭ほどしか流通しない希少な和牛で、Ａ５ランクのサーロインを使用したすき焼き鍋。野菜は山梨県産の新鮮野菜をふんだんにご用意いたしました。
すき焼き鍋の卵はコクと旨味が強い明野（あけの）たまごを使用し、美味しいお肉と濃厚な卵をお楽しみいただけます。
