熟成重箱¥5060−・熟成肝吸い変更¥132−、熟成竹めし二のう¥5720−・熟成肝吸い変更¥132−【税込】
その昔、小淵沢の井筒屋には、一つの重箱に蒲焼きと白焼きの二色のうなぎが分けて盛られた「うな箱二のう」というメニューがあったそうだ。いつ間にか無くなり、数年前から器を変えて「熟成竹めし二のう」として復活している。蒲焼は濃い目のタレ、白焼きは山葵とネギとあっさりした白焼き用のタレで愉しめる。どちらも甲乙つけ難い絶品の味わいだ。しかし、重箱でしっかり蒸された蒲焼きとご飯が提供される「熟成重箱」も捨てがたい。重箱に入ったご飯は、微妙にしっとりとして蒲焼との相性抜群だからだ。吸い物は132円増しで、肝が浮かぶ「熟成肝吸い」に変更可能。ごちそうさまでした。
