熟成竹めし二のう(熟成うなぎの肝吸いに変更)
信玄ミュージアムでマンホールカードをゲットし、武田神社を軽く観光。
甲府での宿題は全て完了したので、初の小淵沢へ。
小淵沢に着くとひんやり涼しくていいねぇ。
大スキな気候やわ。
登山客だろうか、駅付近は観光客でごった返していた。そんな中、美男美女をジーッと観察したり、土産をジロジロ見て時間を潰す。
そして予約時間の12時ちょい前にこちら、井筒屋さん。お店に向かう道中/店構え/内装と趣あってパーフェクツやね。
店内入り下駄箱前の椅子で待機し、ボロボロの靴下からマシな靴下に履き替えた。
その間飛び込みのお客さんが次々に来ていたが全てお断り。やはり予約は必須の模様。
席につきしばらくすると、予約時にお願いしていた竹めし登場〜。ビジュアル( ・∀・)イイ!!
竹の中には蒲焼きと白焼き、茶碗に取りながら少しづついただいた。
白焼きは少しカリッと感あり、ねっとりとろっと好き〜。米とのバランス( ・∀・)イイ!!
蒲焼きはタレが好きなタイプじゃなかったなぁ。
とはいえ、蒲焼きと白焼きの2種をいただけるのはやっぱりいいね。諏訪でもそうだったが、この辺りではそれが主流なのかな。
見た感じ少ないかなと思ったが意外に腹が膨れたわ。
お値段はなかなかだが美味かったので満足満足。
