From Kuheiji, Kubota's top brewer, Manju, which is representative of Aichi, including Dassai, to Tamagawa in Kyoto, made by Japan's only British brewer. Kochi ``Minami'' is a Japanese sake that can be drunk with just alcohol. Among the many types of Japanese sake, Kagawa's ``Gaijin'' has a rich flavor comparable to that of a yokozuna. We also have unique sake such as Yamanashi "DAN" and Nagano "Midorikawa".
