Food Hand-rolled Sushi
The fresh fish used at Sushi Ashibe is basically caught from Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay. For the sushi rice, we use red vinegar, which has a strong aroma and is made by brewing sake lees. You can enjoy the mellow taste that contains umami and richness.
